Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for residential, commercial, and large-scale developments.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and pricing.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to align cost strategies with project goals.

• Research materials, labor rates, and market trends to ensure up-to-date and competitive estimates.

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to recommend the best value solutions.

• Track costs throughout the project lifecycle and provide updates to ensure budget adherence.

• Support project planning with risk analysis, value engineering, and cost-saving recommendations.

As an Estimator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are not only visionary but also financially viable. Your expertise will guide decision-making, shape project feasibility, and contribute to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in estimating within construction or architecture-related industries.

• Proficiency in estimating software (such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing.

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
